What you get
Weekly CSV + JSON
One file per week, every covered state, deduplicated by a stable hash so re-sent or amended notices do not double count. Same columns every time.
Freshness you can see
Every shipment carries a per-state status: current, source not updated, blocked, or parser error. We never pad a gap with old rows.
Company-level only
Employer, site, headcount, and dates. No worker names, no HR contact details, nothing about individuals. That boundary is fixed.

Honest limits
- Coverage is not every state. A few states block automated collection or publish only on paper; they are listed as gaps, not hidden.
- Headcounts and dates are as published. States correct their own postings; we carry the correction forward the next week.
- This is public-record data, not legal advice, and not a substitute for the state's own posting when a decision depends on it.
